Laramie Movie Scope:
Die Hard II

[Strip of film rule]

[Strip of film rule]

July 4, 1990 -- Bruce Willis is back in the sequel to the popular film ``Die Hard.'' This film is more of the same with a bunch of evil commandos taking over a major airport in Washington D.C. The airport scenes were shot at Stapleton Airport in Denver.

Willis, of course, gets rid of all the bad guys all by himself with similar methods to those used in the first film. If you liked the first Die Hard you will probably like this one too.

The stunts, photography and editing are all well done. There's not much of a plot, but you don't really require one in this kind of film, just lots of compelling, fast-paced action.

On a scale of one to 10, this film rates a six.
