narrative (Indian princess Pocahontas saves the life of Captain John Smith)
Q’Orianka Kilcher and Colin Farrell (Smith departs leaving Pocahontas to
believe he has drowned on his exploration) dialogue difficult to decipher
(Pocahontas marries John Rolfe) Christian Bale (the Indian princess still pines
for her lover) passionate photography
and lyrical interludes (the couple have a child and sail to England) it
ends (1606 on the return journey from England).
